This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on the Food Webs platform are delivered to users. By placing an order through Food Webs, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Service Area

  • Food Webs delivers orders only within designated serviceable locations as shown on the app or website.

  • Availability depends on:

    • Restaurant Partner service radius

    • Delivery Partner availability

    • Local conditions and restrictions

  • Orders placed outside serviceable areas may be automatically cancelled.


2. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered through third-party Delivery Partners or restaurant-managed delivery, depending on availability.

  • Food Webs acts only as a facilitator between Users, Restaurant Partners, and Delivery Partners.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery times displayed are estimated only, not guaranteed.

  • Actual delivery time may vary due to:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather

    • Order volume

    • Restaurant preparation time

    • Force majeure events

Food Webs shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.


4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on:

    • Distance

    • Demand

    • Time of order

  • Delivery charges, service fees, and taxes are displayed before order confirmation.

  • All delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery has been attempted.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Users must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

    • House/flat number

    • Landmark

    • Contact number

  • Food Webs is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Delivery Attempt & Failure

  • Delivery Partners will make reasonable attempts to contact the User at the time of delivery.

  • An order may be marked as undeliverable if:

    • User is unavailable

    • Phone is unreachable

    • Address is incorrect

  • In such cases:

    • The order will be cancelled

    • No refund will be issued


7. Contactless Delivery

  • Contactless delivery may be available upon request.

  • Food Webs is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the order is left at the delivery location as per User instructions.


8. Partial Deliveries

  • In rare cases, partial delivery may occur due to:

    • Item unavailability

    • Restaurant error

  • Refunds for missing items, if approved, will be processed as per the Refund Policy.


9. Order Tampering & Safety

  • If packaging appears damaged or tampered with:

    • Users should report the issue immediately via the app or support email

    • Food Webs may investigate before any resolution

  • Food Webs is not responsible for issues reported after consumption of food.


10. Force Majeure

Food Webs shall not be held liable for delivery failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Network outages

  • Public emergencies


11. Changes to Shipping Policy

Food Webs reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
