Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how orders placed on Food Webs can be cancelled.


1. Order Cancellation by Users

1.1 Before Order Confirmation

  • Orders may be cancelled before restaurant confirmation, subject to availability

  • Cancellation option may not always be available

1.2 After Order Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed by the restaurant:

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed

  • Preparation may already be in progress

  • No refund will be provided if preparation has started


2. Order Cancellation by Restaurant

Restaurants may cancel orders due to:

  • Item unavailability

  • Operational constraints

  • Unexpected closures

In such cases:

  • Users are eligible for a full refund

  • Refund will be processed as per the Refund Policy


3. Order Cancellation by Food Webs

Food Webs may cancel orders due to:

  • Technical errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Safety or compliance concerns

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, system failures)

Refund eligibility will be determined case-by-case.


4. No-Show or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • User unavailability

The order will be treated as completed, and no cancellation or refund will apply.


5. Promotional Orders

  • Orders placed using promo codes, discounts, or offers may have special cancellation conditions

  • Promotional benefits are forfeited upon cancellation


6. Modification of Orders

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified

  • Users must cancel (if allowed) and place a new order


7. Policy Enforcement

Food Webs may:

  • Restrict cancellation privileges for misuse

  • Take action against abusive behavior

  • Update this policy without prior notice
